  • 1 Cup Oak Creek Vineyards Fume Blanc
  • 2 Cans Tomatoes
  • 1 Lrg Can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 Large Onions chopped
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 2 Garlic Cloves chopped
  • 1 Large Green Pepper chopped
  • 2 Large Chicken Breasts
  • salt/ pepper/ garlic salt to taste for chicken
  • Pasta Optional


  • Mix tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, parsley, bay leaves, chopped onions, and chopped garlic cloves into a large pot.
  • Bring to a soft boil then allow to simmer for one hour.
  • As the sauce cooks cut chicken into cubes and season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
  • Brown chicken in a sauce pan.
  • Add chicken and green pepper to sauce and allow to cook for another hour.
  • If you are putting your chicken cacciatore over pasta, you should probably go ahead and make that after adding the chicken and pepper to the sauce.
