Sometimes you just need something with a little kick, so this weekend we decided to indulge with some pineapple and jalapeños for this wine cocktail!

For the Jalapeño Agave Syrup

  • 1 large jalapeño
  • 6 Oz Agave Nectar
  • 3 Oz Water

For the Cocktail

  • 1 Bottle Oak Creek Vineyards Fumé Blanc
  • 1 Cup Pineapple juice
  • 3/4 Cup Jalapeño Agave Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Habanero-Lime Syrup Optional


For the Jalapeño Agave Syrup

  • Slice and chop the jalapeño
  • Place jalapeño in 3 oz of water and bring to a boil
  • Allow mixture to seep for 5 to 10 minutes then strain out liquid
  • Add 6 oz of agave nectar

For the Cocktail

  • Slice up a jalapeño for garnish
  • Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher
  • Pour into a glass, add a Jalapeño slice for garnish and enjoy!
