Strawberry-Rhubarb Sangria
In celebration of National Rosé Day (June 12th), we've created a light and refreshing rosé sangria with strawberry and rhubarb simple syrup!

Ingredients
For Strawberry-Rhubarb Simple Syrup
- 2 Stalks Rhubarb Chopped
- 1 Cup Strawberries Quartered
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1½ Cup Water
For Sangria
- 1 Bottle Oak Creek Vineyards Rosé Red Blend
- 1/2 Cup Strawberry-Rhubarb Simple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 7-Up
- Strawberries and/or Oranges for garnish
Instructions
Strawberry-Rhubarb Simple Syrup
- Mix sugar and water into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add rhubarb and strawberries and allow to boil for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow mixture to come to room temperature.
- Strain off fruit. You should end up with enough syrup for two batches of sangria!
Sangria
- Mix all ingredients into a pitcher, pour into a glass of ice and enjoy!
