Ingredients

Spiced Simple Syrup

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Granny Smith Apples Chopped
  • 1 Cup Ginger (if you don't already have ginger syrup) Chopped
  • 1/3 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

Cocktail

  • 1 Bottle Oak Creek Vineyards Moscato
  • 1/3 Cup Spiced Simple Syrup
  • 1/3 Cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1 tbsp Triple Sec
  • 1 tsp Ginger Simple Syrup *If you didn't add ginger to the spiced syrup
  • Cranberries and Apples for Garnish

Instructions

Spiced Simple Syrup

  • We had ginger simple syrup leftover from our previous cocktail, so we used that. However, you could just add ginger to the spiced syrup and it'll work just the same!
  • Mix water and sugar in a pan and heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  • While sugar and water heat, chop up your apples and ginger if you're adding it.
  • Once sugar is dissolved add your fruit and the pie spice.
  • Allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Strain out fruit and allow the syrup to cool.

Cocktail

  • Mix all ingredients into a pitcher.
  • Pour cocktail into a glass with ice, top off with cranberries and apples if you like and enjoy!
